01 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the services provided by 530bet are subject to full and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each active promotion. Together, these documents form the complete agreement between you and 530bet.

Acceptance is automatic at the moment you complete your registration, make a deposit, or place any bet or play any game. 530bet reserves the right to update these terms periodically — you will be notified of material changes by email or via an in-platform notice, and continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Registration & Account

To use the services of 530bet, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registration is free and can be completed directly on the website, with no app installation required.

• Each user may hold only one active account at 530bet — one account per CPF, per email address, and per mobile number.
• Creating accounts on behalf of third parties or providing false information during registration is prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account closure and cancellation of all balances and bonuses.
• 530bet may request identity verification documents (KYC process) at any time — particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain amount.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be closed after prior notice, with any available real balance returned via Pix.

530bet reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations that violate any provision of these Terms, without any obligation to provide the user with a detailed explanation.

03 Minimum Age

The services of 530bet are intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and over. Access to or use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

By registering, you declare, under your sole responsibility, that you are 18 years of age or older. 530bet may request proof of age at any time. If a user is found to be underage, the account will be closed immediately, all bonuses will be cancelled, and deposits will be refunded to the original payment method after verification.

04 Deposits & Payments

The 530bet accepts deposits exclusively in BRL (R$) through the following payment methods available to users in Brazil:

• The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 via Pix. For other methods, minimum amounts may vary and are displayed at the time of the transaction.
• Pix deposits are credited to your account balance instantly, typically within 30 seconds of transfer confirmation.
• 530bet does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the user's bank or financial institution are the user's own responsibility.
• Using third-party cards or accounts to make deposits is not permitted. The payment method used must be registered in the name of the 530bet account holder.
• 530bet may at any time request proof of ownership of the payment method used, as part of the security verification process.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 530bet are processed in BRL and may be requested at any time when the user has a real balance available — meaning a balance that has already met all applicable rollover requirements.

• The primary withdrawal method is Pix, processed in under 5 minutes in most cases for verified accounts.
• Withdrawals are always processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where possible, as an anti-money-laundering security measure.
• 530bet may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above R$ 1,000.00.
• There is no fixed minimum withdrawal amount. Your entire available real balance can be withdrawn in a single transaction.
• In cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violations, 530bet may temporarily hold a withdrawal while conducting an internal investigation — the user will be notified.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it must be converted into real balance by completing the applicable rollover requirement.

06 Sports Betting

Sports Betting at the 530bet cover football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, Premier League, La Liga, Champions League and more), MMA/UFC, NBB, Superliga de Vôlei, tennis, Formula 1, e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant), and over 30 other sports. The following rules apply to all Sports Betting:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user after they are placed. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming.
• The minimum bet amount is R$ 1.00. There is no fixed maximum — per-market limits are displayed on the platform.
• Live betting markets may be temporarily suspended during critical moments of a match — this is normal and part of real-time trading operations.
• Bet results are calculated based on official, audited sports data feeds. If the outcome is undefined (postponement, cancellation), the bet is voided and the stake is returned.
• 530bet reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error, restoring the wagered amount to the user's balance.
• The use of any automated system, bot, or arbitrage software to place bets on the platform is strictly prohibited. Accounts identified with this behavior will be closed.

07 Casino & Games

The casino games available at 530bet — including slots, live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, crash games (Aviator, Spaceman), and progressive jackpots — operate with certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealers streaming in real time.

• All casino games have an RTP (return to player) published by the game provider. 530bet does not modify these parameters.
• Technical issues during a round — such as a connection drop before the result is determined — are handled according to each game's specific rules, generally resulting in the bet being voided and the wagered amount returned.
• Exploiting bugs or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Any winnings obtained this way will be voided and the account may be closed.
• Progressive jackpots accumulate values in BRL based on bets placed by all participating players. The displayed amount is updated in real time and may vary between the time it is shown and the moment of the win.

08 Bonuses and Promotions

The 530bet offers a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, free spins, boosted odds, reload bonuses, and tournaments with prizes in BRL. Each promotion has its own specific terms, but the general rules below apply to all of them:

• All bonuses granted by 530bet are subject to a rollover requirement (minimum wagering) before they can be converted into withdrawable funds. The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount.
• Sports bets with odds of 1.50 or higher and slots with an RTP above 95% contribute 100% toward rollover completion.
• Each promotion has an expiry date. Bonuses that are unused or whose rollover requirements have not been met within the deadline are automatically cancelled without compensation.
• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per user (per CPF, per email address, per IP address, and per device). Attempts to claim the bonus more than once will result in cancellation and account review.
• 530bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses and bonus-generated winnings if abuse is detected — such as placing bets on multiple outcomes of the same event to guarantee a profit regardless of the result.
• Promotions are stackable unless the specific terms of a given offer explicitly state otherwise.

09 User Conduct

By using the 530bet, you agree to follow a set of conduct rules that ensure a fair environment for all users:

• Using the platform for any illegal activity — including money laundering, financial fraud, or financing illegal activities — is strictly prohibited.
• The use of bots, scripts, automation software, or any technology that simulates human behavior to place bets or interact with games is strictly prohibited.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, bonuses, or any other platform benefits is strictly prohibited.
• Sharing your account credentials with third parties or allowing another person to use your account is prohibited.
• Any abusive, harassing, or offensive behavior toward the 530bet support team will result in immediate account closure.

10 Account Closure

Users may close their account at 530bet at any time through the account dashboard or by contacting support. Any available real balance (excluding bonus balance) will be returned via Pix after identity verification.

530bet may close or suspend accounts without prior notice in the following cases: violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, use of automated systems, creation of multiple accounts, submission of false information during registration, or by order of a competent authority. Accounts closed for terms violations will have any bonuses and winnings obtained irregularly cancelled.

For responsible gambling self-exclusions, 530bet applies the block immediately and does not allow reactivation before the period chosen by the user — even if the user requests early reactivation.

11 Data Protection and Privacy

• User-side internet connection failures during a round or live bet.
• Betting decisions made based on incorrect or outdated information obtained from external sources.
• Unauthorized access to a user's account caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

530bet's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount of real funds available in the user's account at the time of the event in question.

14 Changes to Terms

The 530bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in platform operations, applicable legislation, or internal policies. Material changes will be communicated via the registered email and/or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after new terms take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before the effective date with no penalties — your real balance will be returned via Pix.

15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, in particular the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018), and the applicable legislation on betting and gambling in Brazil.

Any disputes arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms will preferably be submitted to amicable resolution through the support team of 530bet. If no agreement is reached, the courts of São Paulo/SP are hereby designated as the exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes, with express waiver of any other venue, however privileged.
